How Do I Take Care Of My Jewelry?

Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

Living in a humid environment? Store your jewelry with a small packet of desiccant crystals to help reduce tarnishing.

Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Storing silver jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation.The oxidation process is also slowed down by wearing your jewelry often. If however your jewelry is stored for long-periods of time, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.

Your jewelry is particularly susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals present in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sun tan lotion and deodorant.

Do not keep jewelry in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause many gemstones to fade and lose their colour. Amethyst, rose quartz, chalcedony and smokey quartz are just some of the gemstones that can become paler from exposure to sunlight.

How Do I Clean My Jewelry?

Clean your jewelry carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth or chamois; this helps maintain or bring back its shine. If necessary, you can use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

 Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewelry cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewelry over time. We do not recommend the use of any jewelry polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.

When will my order be shipped?

We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. while custom orders and handmand products may take up to 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days, (excluding weekends). However, we can't guarantee the delivery time.

As a gift, please order 5 days in advance + processing time + estimated delivery time to avoid package delays

Please also note most local couriers for last-mile deliveries don't provide weekend service, hence the possible delay may happen during weekends.



Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when they place their order. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by the postal carriers. As the postal carriers do not offer guaranteed arrival time, we can not take responsibility for any shipment delays by the carriers.Orders can take approximately 6 days to 6 weeks to arrive from the delivery partner due to the high volume of orders and exceptional global and your destination status. Please note that these are only estimates and your shipment times could differ.

Returns questions

Can I return it?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that baroque pearls and natural pearls are unique, and each one has its own distinct appearance. Therefore, unless the product has a quality issue, we cannot accept returns based on differences in appearance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, custom alphabet products and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that our returns warehouse is in China and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and customs clearance fees when making returns, and the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged. Floysun is not responsible for return shipping and taxes, nor is it responsible for items lost during returns, and refunds will only be made after delivery of the items is confirmed.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Customized products
Sample sale products

Earrings & Huggies (we do not accept returns on earrings)
Individual products in sets (the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund)
Items that were worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange and have already been returned once

Final sale items (unless required by law)
Baroque pearls and natural pearls that do not have quality issues
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to apply for a return?

General Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Submit a return request:
  2. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Floysun does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the successful delivery of your return. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we received your return products and you still have not received your refund,  please contact us at service@floysun.com.

How to cancel the order?

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for any cancellations. This fee is to cover the credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor, which are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct product. If you accidentally order the wrong item and your order has not shipped, please contact us via email to make changes to your order. Do not place another order with the correct items. Once the order is shipped and in transit to your destination, we do not accept cancellations. In case of cancellation before shipping, a refund will be issued.
