1. Item Packaging:
   Please carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Ensure the item remains in its original condition and is undamaged. All original tags must remain intact. Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Please take photos of the item and reply to this email service@floysun.com to obtain return approval.

2. Return Shipping:
   For customers within the United States, after return approval, we will provide a shipping label for our overseas warehouse via email.

3. Return Notification:
   Please notify us once the package has been shipped so that we can track your return. Without this notification, our warehouse may not identify your returned package in time, which could delay your refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Return Fees:
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will deduct a restocking fee of 6% and a return shipping fee of $12. The exact amount will be confirmed in the final notification.

5. Return Deadline:
   Please initiate your return as soon as possible. If the return process is not completed within the return deadline, the return will be considered void, and the process will be closed.

6. Discount Adjustments:
   If your order received a discount for purchasing multiple items, returning part of the order may affect the discount. In such cases, the remaining items will be adjusted to their original price.
