Our return policy accepts unused, unworn, tagged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. This excludes custom items, final sale items . Faulty items can be returned or exchanged free of charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance fees for non-quality-related returns.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will, by default, ship them together unless otherwise requested.
