14-Day Return Period
We accept returns of unused, unworn items with the original jewelry tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customized/engraved items and final sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs clearance fees. For confirmed quality issues, Floysun will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Engraved or customized items. Individual items from a set (the complete set must be returned). Items that have been worn, used, or have had their jewelry tags removed. Final sale items, unless required by law.
Not Considered Quality Issues:
Natural variations in Baroque and freshwater pearls. Natural variations in the colour, tone, pattern, texture, shape, or inclusions of gemstones and other natural materials. Natural stones may appear lighter, darker, or more vibrant under different lighting conditions and viewing angles. Slight colour differences between product photos/videos and the actual item due to lighting, photography settings, and screen/device displays. Slight bending of 925 sterling silver ear posts.

Earings are light and dont pull ear down. looks exactly as pictured. good quality
While I really like the idea of the earrings, the style I thought they would be somewhat bigger.
That said they are nice just a bit small for me. Make sure to check the measurements. :)
The chains are way too short and are poor quality. I felt like I was choking when I tried the necklaces on. I am disappointed you do not return or exchange things without charging extra shipping and restocking fees. Policies like those make me never want to buy anything from your store / company again.
The earing is heavy and the earring post on the back is very thin. As a result the earring post bents and falls off my ear. Very bad product. Your return policy is confusing . Please provide me with phone number which is missing on your website.
